Vinyl Flooring

Vinyl Flooring

Heterogeneous Vinyl is a multi layered vinyl with a printed design layer and a clear PVC wear layer.

Homogeneous vinyl has one single layer with a solid colour throughout the thickness of the material.

Both vinyl types have a factory applied surface protection layer, eg PUR coating, which aids with providing longevity to the materials and prevents the flooring from ageing with longterm intensive use. These surface treatments also improve the performance of the product in terms of stain resistance.

Products Include:

Gerflor Mipolam

Gerflor Taralay Comfort/Compact

Polyflor Prestige

Polyflor 2000 PUR

Slip Resistant Vinyl

In certain situations the slip resistance of the flooring material has to be considered.

With varying levels of infused particles in the top layer, slip resistant vinyls are available with different certified PTVs (Pendulum Test Values) when tested under BS 7976 Pendulum Test.

Where a slip resistant vinyl is required we ensure that the material has a TRL Pendulum Wet test value of ≥36 or greater, if needed.

Luxury Vinyl Tiles

Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) offers the advantage of the strength, durability and comfort of a vinyl with the aesthetics of a natural stone or wood floor. Because of their softer nature they have the capability of absorbing more noise in comparison with porcelain or ceramic tiles, wood and laminate floors. They are an ideal solution for projects when full shut down of an area is not possible.
