Lilly Limerick broke ground in March 2023 and is on track to be making medicine in 2026. We worked with one of the country’s largest modular companies to fitout and house the construction engineers and staff while the construction of the main building continues on site over the next 5 years approx. This is one of the largest modular buildings we have worked in, totalling 5000m2 approx. We installed Gerflor Mipolam Classic in the circulation areas and canteen, Gerflor Tarasafe R10 slip resistant in the kitchen areas and toilets and Gradus Latour carpet tiles in the open plan office areas. We installed Quantum aluminium nosings with the correct LRV contrast on the staircases to meet all building regulations.
